Weekes a thank you letter, but sadly she has passed away. For 4 negves, I could not leave the house alone because the world would spin and my legs would freeze. Weekes says chronic anxiety is a result of sensitization, a sort of self-perpetuating cycle of agony that bewilders otherwise intelligent people. These reactions become a habit. My hands tremble and sweat. We Are Not Ourselves. Paul David’s book ‘at last a life’ is a great book as well to overcome anxiety, his recovery was based on Dr Weekes work as well and is a little more up to date.
